Second opinion after biopsy report
My father is diagnosed with carcinoma gallbladder and and has undergone 12 cycle of chemotherapy and after that we got operation by the process of open radical cholecystectomy and now the biopsy reports has come and we want second opinion that what we have to do next

Sarcomatoid carcinoma is rare entity of gall bladder cancer. There is no definite treatment guidelines. Considering lymph node positivity additional radiotherapy can be considered. Please come to direct chat for better explanation
