Seborrheic keratosis
Everything i have read on seborrheic keratosis says it is not cancerous or pre, not a virus, if that is correct why would a doctor tell me it was precancerous and i should come for visit -once a month and I will not have to pay the co-pay ,the biopsy confirmed it was seborrheic keratosis which I had for 15 years, i believe i know why just want a professional opinion Thank youyou

It is usually a sign of ageing of the skin and need not be treated unless cosmetic outcome is the concern. There are multiple options to treat it can should be discussed in person. You have already done the biopsy and it has confirmed the clinical suspicion. Unless you are not oriented cosmetically, you may have a routine skin check up , may be once a year or so.
Next Steps
Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.
