SEBACEOUS PROMINENCE IN SCROTUM
I have these white yellowish spots present in the scrotum area in a large quantity. Also on penile shaft. After self-diagnosis I found out that these maybe fordyce spots. But the problem is that because of the sebaceous discharge the infection is persistent because they thrive to live on the dead skin and discharged material. The infection is in scrotum area. It is burning and skin has become reddish. I am confused how to go for the treatment. Please guide me by prescribing any creams or medicines.

There is no infection in sebaceous glands. If it was infected, you would have severe pain and would not be able to walk. You may be having scabies. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
