Sebaceous cyst turned into black hole
I am a female . Many months ago I got a sebaceous cyst on my right arm and it squeezed it after that it turned black and again after some time I squeezed it again but after that it turned into a black hole like it's a hole and when see inside it it's completely black. Now there is no lump or swelling but the black hole is still there since months and us not closing . I am attaching pictures of it. Please tell if anything is serious.
