Popped Sebaceous Cyst
I accidentally burst a (likely) sebaceous cyst on the inside of my elbow I now have a faint, numb pain when touching the area, which was not there before. Worrying or not?

No you don’t need to worry about it. Once the cyst forms again and is hard like a ball, it can be removed surgically. Then it won’t recur again.
Next Steps
For now you can wash it with soap and water daily to prevent infection.
