Sebaceous cyst over back , was removed 10 years back recurred now...spherical 7 cm diameter mild pain discomfort while sleeping due to size non inflamed non itchy. Requires removal as suggested by local physician.

As ur lesion is towards larger size it wl b better to go for excision. Take a short corse of antibiotics like Azithromycin 500mg bd and anti inflammatory like lytixD tid for short duration prior to d excision.
