Sebaceous cyst on my face

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I had Sebaceous cyst on my face, i had consulted dermatologist and got it removed by small surgery (no plastic surgery) and after that i have big surgery mark, It again reappeared on same place. It looks like big acne and swelled. Again i want to get it removed with surgery but with no marks or less marks, what is best surgery i need to go through?
