Scrotum swollen
I hv right scrotum swollen due to hit by cricket ball from past 6 Years. It does not have any pain. No reddiness . It is somewhat bigger than left one.

Testicles are naturally of different sizes. You are most likely mistaking normal physiological variation with pathology. I don't think you have anything to worry about. If you would still like to clarify your concern, I recommend consulting a Urologist. Good luck.
