Tennis ball was hit on my testicles while playing cricket and feeling pain near lower adbomen and left testicle,i went to neuro surgen and he advised me not to play games for six months and after two months an MRI of LS Spine was taken and everything was normaland a month after scrotal ultrasound was taken and mild chronic hematocele was noticed

A repeat scrotal ultrasound should be done to see whether the scrotal hematocele is diminishing in size otherwise evacuation surgery will have to be done.
