  4. Testis hit by hard ball. Required. ?

Testis hit by hard ball.
I got hit by cricket hard ball on right testis 3days back. I had more pain 1st day and swelling was more. 2nd day not much pain and swelling decreased. But on third day I feel the the right testis is bigger than left and I feel little hard. Its not like normal before. Still I can generate sperms.. but is it critical for my future...? Is it I'm too late to the medication..? Or surgery required..?
