Scrotum skin
I'm having pimple kind of things on scrotum. They are hard and some are white in color.
They have no pain but get itchi sometimes.

Your description points towards a condition called "steatocystoma multiplex" in which blockage of oil glands on Scrotum leads to small white raised lesions which may become hard over a period of time. As Topical therapy is not useful, I would advise you to get them removed from a qualified dermatologist if they are bothering you otherwise can be left alone.

Wash the part regularly. Use chandanasavam 15ml with water twice daily after food with tab Chandanadi vati 2tab.
