Scrotum skin hard,itching
I am 38 year old male, 3 days back i noticed my scrotum skin is hard , flaky , and colour changed to dark brown/black( i shaved 4 days back before the problem started) , afterward itching started, next morning when i woke up it is again flaky but whitish dust seems there, i then used vicare plus (my wife soap) ,and later started using MEDOSPRIN POWDER , Now it become somewhat normal, but still its slightly flaky,hard,itching around scrotum and inner thigh , Also there is problem in urine( slight smell , yellow colour) inflammation and slight pain around kidney and bladder area (Right side Body) and slight nausea (but No vomiting happened), What should i consult dermatologist/urologist/sexologist.

Please see a dermatologist first. You will also need urine routine test which the dermatologist will be able to do for you.
