Scrotum/Testes
Few months back I noticed swelling in the right side of my scrotum, which was away within 2 weeks. I guess it was hydrocele.
However, after that I noticed that veins connecting to right testes have become little thicker.
What it could be? Is it normal phenomena? Do I need any treatment?

It could be and it could not be also.
Without examining you we can't say anything as to what it is and all.
Get it checked out by the general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
