Scrotum pain and semen discoloration

I can see that I am getting some mild to severe pain in the scrotum with the nerves sprouting up during sexually active moments. Also, I am seeing a discoloration (party yellow-brownish) semen when I ejaculate. Whom can I consult for this kind of sexual health issue?
