Scrotal pain chronic
Hi, I m 18 yo male suffering from scrotal pain since two years,last month I went to urologist and got a usg of scrotum both side shape size and echogenecity was normal just a small cyst of 5mm in right epididymal head and a mild patchy hypervascularity in right epididymal head as compared to left one was noted,however overall vascularity of both sides were normal,my urologist doc said it could be early orchitis(very low chance) gave me meds but the sensitivity didn't subside. I went for second opinion to a popular urologist he did physical examination and usg of abdomen and prlvis and doppler of scrotum from another radiologist, in doppler of scrotum this time no cystwas noted and morphology n blood flow of spermatic code epididymis and everything was normal and stated that scans were within normal limit and same for usg of abdomen and pelvis. Second opinion urologist doc didn't give meds and just said to wear scrotal support and ,is there any chance for orchitis or infection, infertil
