  4. Scrotal angiokeratoma. Spreading slowly.

Scrotal angiokeratoma
I have small lesion on one side of scrotum since I was 14 years old. Sometime I get black coloured dead skin like part from that. I have searched on internet it was showing angiokeratoma. It is not painfulll but it is I think spreading slowly.
