Screaming while sleeping
I sometimes wake up at night and start screaming very loudly then get scared of something. When I wake up next morning I would not have any clue of what happened last next, my family members are worried about makes me do this. This happens atleast twice a month, but I have never hurt anyone or myself while screaming or walking. very weird behaviour since my 10th class till now. What could have been my problem?

Hello...Screaming loudly and getting scared could be due to bad dream ./ not pleasant experience. You need to assess what is all that you watch before going to bed, your Routine activities that includes screen time, what all you watch ?? When we watch something dark or unusual our Sub Concious Brain has the tendency to store those data and when we are into deep sleep we witness those images, related episodes that could be causing factor of these unusual experiences.Start self assessment and you will observe the causing effects . Consult a Counseling Psychologist/therapist for a detailed intervention.YOU can connect with me or with any other Counselor Via Practo.Take Care and Stay Safe.
