We went to a resort where there was a cat all the kids were playing including my son. Today I noticed the 1 scar on his hand is a small scratch. It's been 72 hours now will the vaccine work? what do i do now?

Yes you should definitely get your son vaccinated and I hope you cleaned the area thoroughly with soap and water. If not, ensure proper vaccination and for the scratch apply antiseptic lotion after cleaning
