Sir i am almost take underlying ayurved medicine my scortum colour became dark and size like 14 yearbay it always up and scortum attached with testicles only day time and after sex it hang down and smooth .and testicles getting little smalar

hmmm. Black scrotum not a major issue. Movements of testis within scrotum is also normal. However you undergo Ultrasound scan of scrotum and show the report to see internal problems, if any.
