Shrink in penis testicle

Hi Sir, I am 29 years old unmarried .from last 15 to 20 days i m noticing some abnormal changes in my penis and testicles it totally getting shrink and i am not getting sexual feelings.i have a girl friend but i never had sex i m a virgin and we are going get married soon. I do gym and i take whey protien that to not much. I am very much worried that what's happening to me. Please suggest me the solution. I saw videos in YouTube and i found that usage of olive oil is the best remedy so that is the best option ? Please give me a response i am not able to ask anyone is a kind of shame for me please suggest me the best option.
