My daughter is suffering from scoliosis. She is 14 year old girl . Her backbone is curved on 73 Degree. What should be done to cure from scoliosis?

exercises:-1- pelvic tilt backlying with the knees bent. 2-pelvic tilt supine with the knees straight. 3-spine extension in the facelying position. 4-push with the pelvic tilted. 5-Deep breathing exercise. 6-back strengthening exercises 7-back strech. 8-spine extension.

More than 50° it's difficult to cure.but first go for physio at least 4 to 6 month on regular basis.and checked her angle through  x-ray or scolio meter if get no result then go for orthopedic he will suggest u for next step surgery or what.

For anle more than 60 degree it is difficult to mannage with conservative treatment like physiotherapy. Only postural scoliosis can be corrected completely with physiotherapy. With this angle she must have developed even rotational component in spine.
