Scoliosis is primarily managed by Physical Therapists & in serious cases ( very very few ) by orthopedicians through surgery. There are different schools in the world which treat scoliosis conservatively through exercises. To name few Schroth Dobomed Lyon Side shift SEAS etc In India there are few physios ( including me )who are trained in these methods. The international scientific  society on scoliosis Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Treatment : SOSORT Dictates guidelines  for the treatment of scoliosis. NIMS Hyderabad is one of the primer centres which does conservative management of scoliosis with a team of orthopedicians & physical therapists.
