Agree with Dr. Juhi's response... Need to see x-ray before advising any home protocol... Better would be to seek a therapist nearby since this would certainly require a biomechanical correction....same as manual therapy... This might even help with ur foot arch as spine is a contributing factor for lower limb

Spine scoliosis or deviation of spine can be corrected with manual therapy techniques under physiotherapy but prognosis depends on the angle of deviation. If u can share xray reports or consult a good physio near u.pain in legs is also due to this.
For foot arch problem use shoe inserts.
Hiii. X ray is to b seen & then proceed for physio . Manual techniques & stretching vl help. Most important is overall postural correction exs & advices of Do's and dont's.. spinal braces r advised according to patients posture. For foot--- proper Footwear should b wored. Metatarsal pad is available for such conditions..
