My mother is suffering from back pain behind the chest to lower back and gradually it also affects back side of both the legs,side of both the hips.sometimes there is a twitching feelings on both the legs.while bending she feels like pulling of the nerves what medicine she should take??

Hi..... Sciatica is nerve pain arising from the sciatic nerve. It can be produced by pressure on the nerve, where it passes through the buttock..... Sciatica that doesn't resolve itself after a few days needs medical attention....medication, including pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory medication..traction...manipulative therapies,...epidural injections – medication injected directly into the spine....physiotherapy and surgery as last resort.... Consult Orthopedician....
