Sciatica lower back pain on right leg

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I was facing sevior pain from sciatica which is getting 7 months onwards. My age 31 and Weight 77 now. I visited 6 hospitals like Citizen, and prime, arvindam hospital from Rajahmundry. They are expert in orthopedic. I had taken physiotherapy also. I used ayurvedic medicine also. Now im using homepathy medicine. But there is no improvement on my leg pain. Please suggest medication.
