Sciatica & hand numbness
My Mother suffering from sciatica problem in left leg since 6 years. She is taking ayurvedic medicines and doing exercise continuosly. She gets some relief but not completely. Now she feel numbness in her left hand 20-30 times a day. Can you plaese help or suggest what to do? For sciatica we consult no. Of doctors but problem still persist.

Hello sir.. your mother needed proper examination and than start physiotherapy for sciatica pain...needed 3 to 4 months regular physiotherapy and increase her strength.and reduced pain...thanks

HI.. Looks like there is involvement of Intervertebral disc at multiple sites. These are age related changes. Nothing can be done for the same. Medications will give her temporary relief. The nerve compression in the spine has to be targetted. Instead of doing random exercises, I recommend you to go to a good physiotherapist for individually tailored exercises.
