Sciatica back and leg pain
Hi Doctor, I'm (M/26 yrs) , i'm having sciatica problem from 1 year. I was able to do normal activities without any problem, but 3 months back i've had a very serve pain which i was playing badminton and i could not even move at that time. I've consulted a doctor and have taken some pain killers and i was ok with in a week. Now recently 2 days back which i was waking up from bed i had a very serve unberable pain for around 20 minutes and i couldnt even get up from my bed during that time,

o Back Stretching. o Do the cat/cow stretch. o Core Strengthening Exercises • Hamstring Stretch • While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. • Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. • Hold this stretch for 30 seconds • Repeat 3 times for each leg.
