Sciatic nerve pain
I've been having lower back and leg pain on both sides since 3 months , acupressure helped partially but not completely and I haven't approached a doctor because I don't want to take pain killers, so I had taken my x-ray from a lab saying the symptoms and he said you got l5s1 pressed and he said to take rest but I am going for acupressure sessions but the pain lessens on spot it'll again come after sometime so will you please suggest a permanent solution and i don't want to have my body cut open

Physiotherapy treatment and rest. For future avoid heavy weight and toward bending.

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
