Schizophrenia
He is having Thyroid and as docs say Schizophrenia. He just hates his wife thinking she wants to kill him. Most of the times in his own world, hates his family even thinking they hate him and on his wife side only.He was admitted to "Santulan" in Ramesh park for 10 days, where medicines were injected, but d day got discharged he Left his home but somehow came back after 3 days, now saying he is ok he don't need any medicine.Not ready to visit or consult any doctor, saying he will leave them forever, if they consult any doctor. Not taking medicines even.He is quite abusive with his family specially wife.His behavior is unpredictable sometimes ok sometimes we cant guess. He tends to shiver.how to explain him.he is not ready to hear anything, and we are afraid he might go again.If he needs counselling or medication as of now. as of now injection for 1 month medicine was given while he was in hospital.

Hello, in schizophrenia people often didn't have insight about their illness. In such situations if compliance of medication is a big issue we will go for long acting injectable once or twice a month. When person improve and regain insight then we can decide for further management like oral or continue injectable depending on situation.
