You have not mentioned the dose and duration of Clozapine intake. But as a molecule Clozapine is highly sedative for the initial few weeks to months. Gradually it’s sedative property gets adjusted with the body. If it’s causing more sedation you can take the night dose little bit earlier. Clozapine can also causes hyper salivation and lowering of white blood cells. For which you need to monitor TC DC weekly to monthly depending on the duration of treatment. Thanks.
