I am hearing noices and not able to sleep .I hear the noice and they feel like acually talking to me .
On medication how long does it take to go away please help.

Hello,
I would recommend consulting a psychiatrist about this. The medication is usually long term and may take about a month to start showing significant effects. Your treating psychiatrist should be able to explain how things work, please ask him. If you would like to speak with someone over the phone regarding this and feel like you need support, please call the iCall psychosocial helpline run by Tata institute of social sciences, mumbai. Their number is available if you search google or facebook. They have trained mental health professionals and should be able to guide you and provide support. Their timings are mon-sat, 8am to 10 pm.
