Hi. If u have been diagnosed with the above mentioned disorder, then you must seek counseling from a regd clincal psychologist for it. Once she has taken the intake she herself will tell you what you seek to know. If she doesn’t then you can ask her for the same. This aspect of therapy is called psychoeducation. Which means that the psychologist provides you information about your disorder and is a very important part of the overall therapy.

You must also seek the help of a psychiatrist who will prescribe medicine. Both medication and therapy will help you get relief from symptoms.
