Scars and redness on face
I was having a lot of pimples and now they have left scars on my face which are very visible. Whenever i go in any warm environment or in sunlight my skin becomes very red.

If possible you can undergo laser resurfacing or if going to clinic not possible then you can use proper sunscreen and a retinol based serum to reduce redness and scarring.

Yes you do have acne scars, and they cannot be managed just by topical medicines to apply. You would need to get procedures done, for improving your scars. You can consult for the same. For the redness on face, does it also happen with spicy food/ hot food? Or only with sunlight? This symptom requires evaluation for cause and diagnosing.
