Scaring in adductor longus
I did MRI of my luboscarcal spine as suggested by doctor and found that i have scaring in my  right side addctor longus . Symptoms i m facing Groin pain traveling to right side testicles. Inner thighs pain Hip pain sometimes. Pls suggest me treatment.i m not sports persons.

Did you had any injury towards the adductor / groin region previously. It would be better to see the MRI report to get some more details about the condition.
Next Steps
Start with analgesic tablet, hot fomentation, apply analgesic ointment locally. Start Physiotherapy.  If it is a temporary strain, it will resolve by medicines and Physiotherapy
