Hello there is a huge disc bulge at L5-S1. What symptoms do u have. ActuAlly u have to be examined once. U hAve to do complete bed rest for atleast 23 hrs a day. After that u have to get examined ince and get approval. If not better with rest them we can give slective nerve root blocks. Surgery is a last option. Tc

You have massive L4-5 disc prolapse. Do u have weakness ? How many days of pain ? Back or leg pain ? Epidural steroid injection might be helpful for you for pain relief !
