Scared of life
I can't live my life. I am scared of my life. I spent my life daydreaming and i think it's finished. I hate my thoughts. I don't want them but they still come. I can't move on. But i don't want to lose hope. I want to conquer. But i think all is finished.

Negative thoughts work in pattern and you can break them once you understand in therapy the root cause of it .Slowly with collaborative work with therapist these can change to positive thoughts .I am.happy to hear you have hope , don't give up - life is precious and your situation is workable. Hi,You cannot stop thoughts coming.But you can distract those thoughts.You can  allot yourself worry time instead of keep on worrying for the whole day
