I can't live my life. I am scared of my life. I spent my life daydreaming and i think it's finished. I hate my thoughts. I don't want them but they still come. I can't move on. But i don't want to lose hope. I want to conquer. But i think all is finished.

Hi,
You are feeling demoralized. You are unhappy with your daydreaming and your negative thoughts. You have to beat rumination. It is possible with psychotherapy. However, before making any conclusion, i need to evaluate more about your problems. My suggestion will be to imagine a bright future & reading some good motivational books. This might help you until you connect to a psychologist for further discussion.
