One of my relative is in habit of chewing tobacco/gutkha since 20 years ... He want to quit but unable to do so... Now he is scared that he might develop cancer ... There is no sign or symptoms yet ..what to do ? Please help me out

There is nothing like "unable to quit"... it's all about determination ... Such habits are self-inculcated and one can get rid of such habits by a strong will and determination .. All efforts has to come from the the individual himself.. We can only warn him about ill effects of tobacco and ask him to stop the habit ... we can not force our opinion on him.. The solution for his problem is with him only
