Scar treatment
It has been a week since all the scabs of chicken pox came out. However there have been 3 very slight deep pinkish spots over my face which is in the process of healing. These popped up accidentally in the beginning. Being afraid these might form scar I decided to see a skin doctor. But since he is not available now I have to consult him after 2 weeks. Will it be problematic for those places if I visit him after 2 weeks? Pl help whether it's safe for me to wait for 2 more weeks. How long should I wait? Thank you!

Chicken pox scars need specific therapy once the active infection has settled.
Most of them resolve without leaving marks and scars if appropriate therapy (Usually Aciclovir â an antiviral drug) was started in the golden period (within 3 days of having chicken pox). Many of them can still resolve spontaneously in a time frame of few weeks. The remaining stubborn ones need appropriate therapy based on the amount of scarring and pigmentation.
1. Cap Evion 400mg once after breakfast for 20 days
2. Cap Limcee 500mg once after dinner for 20 days
3. Retno-A 0.025 ointment at night on affected areas , apply in less quantity
