I've had fever blisters on my lip for 2 weeks now. It has healed now but left a scar. I've dark skin and because the scar has lost pigmentation it is very much visible, could you please suggest me how can I heal it to normal color of my lip.

This will require a surgical procedure for effective correction and guaranteed results.
Non surgical option-
You can try applying decapeptide containing lotion like Melbild lotion - at night before you sleep apply on the hypopigmented area and keep it oveernight. In morning you need to expose the lip to sun for 10-15 mintues. This Non-surgical thereapy takes time and you would have to continue this for 2-3 months.
Hope this was helpful.
