Scalp folliculitis

Asked for Male, 30 Years

White Pimples all over head. Suffering from this for past 2yrs. Consulted with Dr and took medication for 4months but only temporary relief, When I take antibiotics for 1 week it goes down and again after 2 weeks these usually comes back. Please suggest treatment. Also fine for in clinic visit in Delhi-NCR region. Thanks,
