Helo everyone I fall down from scooty before 40 days with full load on palm.I consult to a doc after X ray he said nothing clear in X ray so he provide me a slab for a week.but after a weekmy hand still paining so I again consult a doc he provide a plaster for a month now today I cut my plaster but my hand & all joints get stiffed.still my hand paining.i started exercise of hand in warm water& coverhand with volini.
Can you suggest me any other ointment or spray for relief or quick recovery.

You should get a MRI of your wrist joint first and also send me your previous X-ray
Proper diagnosis is important as you may get relief from pain killers, but once you stop them pain may again rise.

You have not exactly mentioned the site of pain in the hand. From your clinical history it seem you have a scaphoid fracture (which are not easily detected on Xrays).
