I had a hair line fracture of Tibia bone
I got a hair line fracture of Tibia and was put in a full leg cast for 1 month. The fracture has healed according to the doctor. It's been 1 month since plaster has been removed but still I am not able to neither run nor jog. I am continuously going for physiotherapy also. ROM is at 110. I feel my knee very unstable when I try to jog. My physiotherapist says it's due to Quads weakness. But I think it's ACL tear because all my symptoms match ACL tear symptoms. Can this be an ACL Tear ? given that  my knee twisted very badly when this fracture happened. Thanks Sir/Mam

Hello This can be due to ACL injury or due to some other possible derangements. Kindly consult for detailed resolution to your complaints. Better to get an MRI scan of the knee.
