Scabies, sneeze and runny nose

Asked for Female, 28 Years

There are bites on both of my hands (and only hands). Plus it gets worse at night and new bites appear. It's ichy for at least one week. I also sneeze a lot and have a runny nose every day. Please let me know if this is scabies.
