Scabies???
I had red rashes in the middle of my fingers and wrist area and now it has seem to spread on my hands back of the neck and face is it scabies? If it is scabies? How do I wash my cloths from hand as I don't own a washing machine

It could be scabies. As Scabies is very infectious you and your entire family need to be treated. You can wash clothes with your hands but get treated immediately
