Red rashes on shoulder
I have got small red rashes on both the shoulder area only. Could please identify what has caused it. I have attach the pic, please refer it.

Greetings. These could just be pimples or acneiform eruptions. Is there associated itching? The other possibility is pityrosporum folliculitis. You can use a benzoyl peroxide based creamy wash or cream. See a qualified dermatologist near you for further prescription and medication. Warm regards.
