Suppose saturation levels of 98 and 99 indicates the lungs and heart are healthy or not??.

Saturation just shows the Hb content of oxygen...so , low SpO2 may have multiple reasons , and most common is cold extremities....

It means blood oxygen is normal ... To check your heart and lungs you need physical examination and tests
