What is the appropriate time frame to get vaccinated (1st dose) post covid recovery. I tested positive on 5th May and completed my quarantine on 19th May have been without symptoms for atleast 12 to 14 days. Whan can I get vaccinated ? Any other precautions i need to take post recovery

Post covid for vaccination wait for 8 to 12 weeks. 12 weeks is recommended. Do not datigue yourself with exercise . Be well hydrated
