I had high to very high fever around maximum 102 and diarrohea nausea and vomiting.
This all went for a week and I got tested
positive for COVID.
I want to know if it is a false positive as ,I had zero coughing ,sore throat or breathing problem.
Please answer.

You can retake the test if you want. Additionally to be very sure you can do a CT chest aswell to rule out pneumonia. Diseases don't follow protocol in expression of symptoms
