How to reduce sagging and stretch marks after delivery.Does tying belt around stomach helps in reducing sagging?And is running and doing crunches a good way to reduce the post pregnancy weight and sagging.

Exercise Is the ONLY OPTION. :-) In extreme cases where sagging is associated divarication of recti muscles, procedure called abdominoplasty is helpful . in that case we need the help of plastic surgeon. So Get examined and proceed.

SAGGING CAN BE REDUCED BY DOING SPECIFIC ABDOMINAL EXERCISES. IDEALLY PREGNANCY ADDS ABOUT 15 KGS WEIGHT ON YOU. AFTER DELIVERY AROUND 4-5 KG IS SHRED OF BUT THEN 10 KG IS ALREADY THERE. SO YOU HAVE TO LOOK ON TO DIET AFTER 6 MTHS POSTPARTUM. ROPE SKIPPING IS ALSO USEFUL. THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THE STRETCH MARKS NOW. YOU SHOULD HAVE APPLIED ALOE VERA AT AROUND 5 MONTHS TO PREVENT STRETCH MARKS. ONCE THEY R THERE THEY STAY

Tieing a belt is not recommended at all as it can make it worse. Doing aerobics and weight training does help to tone your body but only upto a certain extent. It depends on degree of sagging and your weight as well. The definitive answer can be a tummy tuck surgical procedure which can help achieving both goals ie removing stretch marks and flattening the tummy.
