Safe period
Can someone please explain in simple words how should i follow safe period. Online its very lengthy, only could i make is after period,avoid for initial 3 days and then its fine for 12 days and then again avoid for 10 days

You have got it wrong.. You consult your gynaecologist as every persons safe period is different according to menstrual cycle
